Guests are taken through the town of Ocho Rios and shown its commercial importance. A brief history of the town, its present state and prospect for further development is narrated ton enlighten guests. The tour continues up to the White River Bridge which is the border between the parishes of St. Ann and St. Mary. Under this bridge a little fishing village where the local fishermen moor their boats to protect them from the ocean surfs. They also sell their catch of the day and mend their nets and fish traps. Bamboo rafting is also offered under this bridge and several restaurant which operates under here have fish and other seafood dishes high on their menus.

We then head back along the bypass road of Ocho Rios and go through a residential area called Buckfield.This is where most of the locals who work in the hospitality businesses in Ocho Rios resides. The journey continues up through Fern Gully where there are over 300 species of ferns and at certain times of the year motorists have to turn their headlights on to enhance visibility. At the top of Fern Gully we make a left turn and go through a village called Breadnut Hill. Here you will encounter many of Jamaica tropical plants, fruits, spices and remnants of a coconut plantation. After passing through Breadnut Hill we continue on to a place called 0cean On The Ridge. This is where you will have one of the best breathtaking view of Ocho Rios and the harbour. If it is a cruise ship day your picture will be priceless. You can take pictures and refresh yourself as this is a popular reststop. The duration for this stop is approximately 30 minutes. We then drive along a scenic route to Dunns River Falls where your tour will last for approximately 2 hours.
