Payment

Q: Are there any extra fees apart from listed price? A: Prices that include transportation and entry fees to attractions and events are indicated as such. Some prices include lunch and refreshment. Please make note of what is offered on your desired experience when booking. Q: How much does it cost to do a Private Tour? A: Depending on the duration of the tour, locations and pick up points. Prices can range from US $100.00 up. Q: What is the currency used for transactions? A: Jamaican Dollars, United States Dollars and Canadian. Q: Is a deposit required? A: Yes, a deposit of 15 percent of total cost.

Reservation

Q: Do you do tours islandwide? A: Yes we do. Just contact us and we will make it happen. We also do Private Tours from the Cruise Ships and adhere to their schedule to ensure activities and tours are executed and completed in a timely manner for leisurely re-boarding access.  Q: Do I have to make reservations or just show up? A: It is best to make reservations to effect timely management of tours. However if you are in the Ocho Rios area just contact Island Drive Tours and we will respond positively. Q: What is the minimum persons for your package tours? A: Two ( 2 ) persons Q: Do you do group tours? A: Yes we do. Group of 12 and more get individual price reduction.

Weather

Q: What if tour is affected by bad weather? A: Tour could be rescheduled for another day if possible. If the bad weather persist and the tour cannot be conducted in such weather before pick up, a full refund is reasonable. However if you were picked up for your tours and bad weather begins, maximum refund would be 80 percent of the tour cost. Minimum refund is subjected to agreement between both parties.

  • Shopping is complimentary on all tours
  • Pick up and drop off transfers are done from and to all airports.
  • Round-trip transportation for all tours is offered from Runaway Bay, Ocho Rios and Falmouth locations.
  • Beach towel is needed for all water tours
  • Some prices for tours include entry fees, lunch or refreshment. Please make note of what is indicated on your desired experience.
  • Tours can be customized to suit clients
  • Large/small wedding group transfer/shuttle service available
  • Kids 1 – 3 years old are free on all tours
